It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns up to 7 days after receipt of goods, subject to the following conditions:
Items are in original condition with their tags attached, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and the original sanitary sticker must be in place and not tampered with. In the case that these requirements are not met, the return will not be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges but we are happy to provide you with a store credit.
For returns in the mainland USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) a return label will be sent via email and will be subject to a $10 return fee which will be deducted from your return amount. For returns outside of the mainland USA, shipping and handling for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Sale, promo items and promo codes used in excess of 20% discount are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for a replacement. If the item is out of stock a full refund will be issued or if preferred, a store credit.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of goods. You will receive your refund in the same way that you paid. Shipping and handling for your original order will not be included in your refund, unless it is an incorrect or faulty item. We are in no way responsible or liable for lost returns. We urge you to use a trackable and reliable courier for your returns.
